Every wedding needs a photographer to capture every moment of perhaps the most special day of your life. We were very grateful to receive a selection of photos of a recent wedding from Shepherd Photography.
The day included a three course meal, a “Cheesecake” that I have previously mentioned in a blog, a string quartet, floral arrangements and lots more. All fantastically captured by the photographers.
Technology has even taken photography a step further with aerial shots from a drone. I imagine it is pretty nerve-wracking from the photographers perspective to fly hundreds of pounds worth of kit up into the air! However the images came out brilliantly and we have shared a few shots from the drone above.
If you would like to get in touch with Shepherd Photography to take pictures at your wedding or event, you can get in touch with them through the links below.
And of course, we wish Jessica and Thomas a lifetime of love and happiness together. Congratulations to you both!
Take a look at the picture below… It’s a cake clearly, but it’s made out of cheese!
For many people, when it comes to deciding on a wedding cake, “sweet or savoury” never even comes into the equation. However, it would appear that there is a new trend on the rise for those with less of a sweet-tooth…
“Cheese-cakes” appear to be bursting onto the scene. If you are out for a meal and you choose to skip dessert and head straight for the Cheeseboard, why should your wedding be any different if cheese is what you love?
This particular cheese-cake was made up of Sussex Farmhouse, Sussex Blue, Sussex Brie, Organic Cheddar, Lord London and Mayfield Cheese’s and was garnished with physalis, figs, green and red grapes and some of our very own fresh, organic, grapevine leaves.
Alongside it was a blackboard that read:
“Sweet Dreams are Made of Cheese, Who am I to Dis-a-Brie? I Cheddar the World and the Feta Cheese, Everybody’s looking for Stilton.
Please help yourselves to our cheeseboard!
-Tom & Jess”
It was a lot of fun and an interesting, unique alternative to the traditional wedding cake. It looked excellent! We hope that Tom and Jess had the most wonderful day yesterday and we wish them many happy and exciting years to come!
It was a wonderful day with the sun shining. A great opportunity for photographs. Thank you for sharing and we wish you all the best for the rest of your future together!
